 When i needed help I’ve found info about the hwl method. I gave it a try and today we are much more happy parents. My sweet girl is the best but when it came to sleep she was pretty hard case. After 4 days of the hwl she was able to fall asleep on her own and she finally stopped waking up every hour to eat! I think that the key to success is to follow exactly what the author of this method says because the method is easy but there is also a lot of details. I have found the instructions in "how to teach a baby to fall asleep alone" guide by Susan Urban on I guess her website: *****.com Thanks everybody who shares their experience because when I needed help with my LO I’ve read about this guide and now I want to share because I know that it is really not easy to deal with sleeping problems

 That was nice article...but i feel if we can somehow bring the kid in the practice of sleeping at certain time and try hard to make this work we can avoid the sleepless nights...everyone use to say that your kid will not let u sleep n bla bla but i read many books to gain more knowledge on this and specially mugged up few songs which i use to sing to my lil daughter and guess what after a month or so it wrked n my sweet lil daughter was all cooperative :) I would like to thank babeezworld for der awesome blogs n amazing products whih i use to get sitting at home..they made things easier :)

 singing and humming a continuous rythm also helps baby help. warm bath right before bedtime helps.

 hello i agree that if we wrap the baby prperly during night time he sleepsfor a longer time and more peacefully
