To be honest, I went to check out this school in Malad with great expectations. I had seen the school buses and it seemed that there was attention paid to detail. CLean, secure etc.
On visiting the school, one is in for a rude shock. Parents wishing to admit their kids are asked to go to a \" Railways like booking counter\" where your queries are answered by extremely unfriendly staff, who insist you buy the brochure if you want to know more. The brochure also has a 2/3 month expiry date, after which you buy a new one.
So we' d like to check out the school and walked towards the nursery area. No Sir, Ma' am - you are not allowed to go there. Excuse me, I think i should see the kind of classrooms and infrastructure you have. Ma' am it is all in the brochure. You are not allowed to see. It was a holiday, there were no kids in sight, so i didnt understand what they were getting at. Can we see any of the teachers - No sir.

Quite STUCK UP. We got out of there in record time.

Hi Zeba have you admitted your child already to a school?. Please dont believe all about Ryan that you have read here. Its not true!!!! I have a teacher friend from Billabong whose kids study in Ryan. She says most teachers of Billabong are ex-Ryan . Witty Kids have used Ryan textbooks for their school. Also replying to Melissa who says classrooms are hot ?There are 40-42 kids in a classroom. The classrooms are not small. There are corner classrooms on one side of the building which have no windows only huge ventilators and all these rooms on all floors have been fitted with an Ac since a year. I am really puzzled by all the negativity about Ryan on this post.the teachers are good .Surely They would not be sought after if they were not!.And parents of kids studying there would not be fool enough to continue to pay fees and still send their kids there .The damage that a couple of negative posts can do!!!!!!!!

madam, i have been to billabong school malad, its nice, clean and neat, teachers are child friendly, but they are not teaching as per the ICSE standards, its more of IGSCE standard, so i think in the long run the child will not be beneficial in later life. I do not know of vibgyor, i have checked their website. But please do not opt for Ryan Malad, Staff ie the teachers are rude, no toilets cleaniness, the teachers scream loudly and yell, the overall qaulity of the Ryan is Bad, they have to improve, I can' t understand why they torture small kids, its very hot in the classrooms, no A/cs, inspite of they charging exhorbitant money, the classrooms for kids are not attrative, my child crys saying that TEACHER BEAT HIM ON THE BACK WITH STICK.
I am sad, to tell you all this.
