INGREDIENTS:
Avacado
Mango
Apple
Banana
Cherries
Pomegranate
Capsicum
Onions
Honey
Virgin olive oil
Mustard (optional)
Lemon
Black pepper
Salt
Walnuts
Pine nuts
PREPARATION:
Make the dressing with 3-4 tbsp honey, 2tsp olive oil, tinge of mustard (flavour is very strong), juice of 1 lemon, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp sugar (optional).
Take a large bowl and add all the chopped fresh fruits and vegetables. (Onions add some taste and crunch, and capsicum adds some crunch and colour). Add walnut pieces, pine nuts or any nuts or your choice and salad dressing and lightly toss the salad. Your avocado fresh fruit salad is ready.
Add soup and toast as an accompaniment and your meal is ready. Enjoy!
(Tip: you can also use it as topping on a toast or a filling in a pita bread)
