A: Your food has no relation to the child's gas formation. |

A: A nursing mother should not smoke or drink alcohol. It is dangerous for the baby's health. |

A: Take iron and calcium. Include methi [fenugreek], spinach and green vegetables in your diet. Drink plenty of milk. Have other things in moderate quantities and do not forget to exercise regularly. You will be fine – and so will your baby and mother-in-law! |

A: There is no such thing as gas trouble for such small babies. You can go ahead and eat whatever you want. |
