 i am hiv+ ...i have had ai and it worked perfectly the first time around ... and had a healthy baby... i am now going for my second. its simple - just visit your gynae and he will guide you through the process. it costs less than r1000 in sa to have the ai done. 5 years ago i paid about r500 so its probably about r1000 now.
