i am a house wife,I used to have blood in my motion, I went to the doctor and told that there is anal fissure at the top of my anus. she gave me an ointment and advised to sit in warm water for 10 min after bowel movement and also as many times as possible per day. I have done all this. this all happened 6 to 8 months back. now ther is no pain, no blood in motion but I am feeling that the size of the fiisure is increased. will fissures increase by size? how can it be healed? is surgery compulsory? I heard that in ayurvedic and homoeopathy there are good medicines for this type of problems. i am very scared of surgeries. can anybody tell me what should i do?
