Problems in School:how to solve this

Name: shree my son is 1st std.. my prob is he has irregular potty.. sometimes he do in the morning, sometimes evening etc.. since frm this yr he ' ll be in school for full day, i want to make him regular that is daily in the morning.. i heard many kids do reg morning potty.. so pls suggest me as how to do this..
and one more silly doubt.. how to make him pass urine without removing the trouser fully.. like only removing the zip and passing urine.. how to do this.. pls help me..

ask his brother or father to accompany him (learning by seeing)
just make sure everyone in yr house queue up to washroom in the morning, so the child will feel this is the time for potty and in due course he will be trained
