Hello All,
How much a 10 month old can eat cheese.

I give my daughter cottage chese ,2-3 tsps to the breakfast. Is that enough, Can I add more to that.
Is it okay to give Cheese for dinner?

Could you please suggest more varities of cheeses that can be given to infants.

Another one, Is giving Ragi everyday is good?

Thanks for ur replies.

what is nestum ragi?.
my baby likes ragi, once in a while she is constipated so iam giving her ragi alternatively.

not sure becuase of ragi she is constipated, even before starting ragi she use to get constipated.
In a month say she gets constipated atleast 3 times. Iam tensed when she is constipated.
Could also give some tips to help her when she is constipated.

few friends suggested me to try Mozzarella, Cheddar, feta, cottage cheese.

Aks -- I think you can try mozzarella cheese, i heard it is high in calcium.
I tired cottage cheese she was fine with it. This week i will try mozzarella and see if she is okay with that.
