HI! I am a planner and also a mother to a eight month old baby. we stay with my in laws. i joined my job with a internationl organisation two months back, which is a very good break for my career. though initially my mother in law ws eager to keep my son during the day, now through various ways it seeems to me that she has problems. when i asked her directly, she denied it. but i still feel that she dosent like me working out. in the morning when i have to get ready, she will not look after my baby and since on getting up he eats or drinks something, i have to do it apart ro the other things. resulting i get late to work. if i want to compensate by working a little late, then also she has problems. we dont have a help at home, since my MIL dosent like it.
i am stuck dont knwo what to do. my husband remains neutral on this and dosent say anything.
i dont know what to do? can anyone suggest?

Ruchi ChildWise replied. Setting boundaries is a skill, it takes time to evaluate where you are and to decide whether you want to change what you have. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, so sometimes change can cause changes that re difficult to deal with, so they need to be planned. Are you in Delhi? Would you like to call and talk?
