I have checked a lot on this salt & sugar debate and reached the conclusion that it is for each parent to decide. While it is true that babies dont need additional salt or sugar these items r not exactly poison !! If your baby does not like bland food and adding a little salt or sugar makes her eat her food happily then whats wrong...
Your child is 11 months old, after 12 months most parents try to give the child a little of whatever they eat which contains salt & sugar .. and there is going to be no dramatic change is your child in the next one month that will make it OK to give her salt after 12 months...

In my personal opinion it' s fine to give a little salt or sugar in your babies food
