Trying since long:Active sperms??

Name: GI Hi.. My sperm test shows that count is 70 million/ml. But activity is only 10. How much percentage of the sperms must be active? How can this be improved? Kindly suggest me.

your count is ok. the active motility should be atleast 50%.u could try some ayurvedic medicines like speman, addyzoa for 3 to 6 months.
