iam 26 years old we got married in February 2006 my sperm count is zero how to increase it.suggest me bala replied. i would suggest that u first visit a urologist Dd replied. Hi,

when we did test for my dh some 7yrs ago(in india) after 3 years of married life, the sperm count came zero. but after 6 months when we did it(that time we were overseas) it came ok. i am not exactly sure of the reasons, but there r many possibilities.
1. either the test was wrongly done.
2. the life style & mental state has direct effect to fertitlity in male & female both. we were under lots of stress in those 3 years & my dh was working almost 20 hrs. a day, also using laptop a lot as well.

so my advice to you is to go for test again to different lab.
also change your lifestyle. if you r using laptop don' t keep it in your lap but keep it on table.
even if you get 1% count than it can be increased with aurvedic medicine.
so consult good aurvedic dodctor, who will suggest you the medicine. but you have to be really patient, bcs it takes time to improve. and don' t worry, you r very young so you have enough time. so take aurvedic medicine for 1 year & than see what happens.
