Hello Everyone,

Do have some ideas of how to feel self-confident,optimistic and always happy. I'm a housewife and a mother but lately feel out of control of myself in certain stressful situations. SO Pls. HELP!

Maybe you are feeling victimised which many of us do when we have a small child and dont receive adequate support from our husband and relatives. Plan outings on the weekends even if litle one may miss a couple of naps. Have gettogethers for friends when your husband is busy, go shopping if you can find a babysitter. Plan things so that you can look forward to them. This helps me.Hope it helps you too.
