Hi,
It's been 7 months now, after the delivery & am still struggling to flatten my stomach.
Recently heard about a belt (don't know the exact name) used to flatten the stomach & can be wore after a week or so... after delivery.
What is it called?
Can i get it in USA & where?

Its called the Postpartum belt. Medela makes it and is available online. (barebabies dot com)

You could use dupatta of your salwar kameez to tightly tie it around your waist. The doctors in the US, suggest diet and exercise as the best option to flatten and strengthen belly muscles.
