I heard from few people that we should go to an american doctor. 'Coz Indian doctors don't treat you like they do americans. Is it true? I am going to an Indian doctor. She is nice too. but whenever I tell about this to my friends they all suggest me to go to an American one.

What do you all think about this? I am little confuse. Please let me know. I am in my 9th week. What about your doctors? Should I change my doc?

If u r comfortable with the doc then forget if he/she is Indian/american..But if you r not comfortable do change to another doc...
I was not comfortable with the indian doc I went to so I changed to another Indian doc...who is verrry sweet..
you can ask ur local friends to suggest some nice doc if u want to change. Jichi replied. Hi Aarthi, congrats.

See, as long as medication is concerned, either indian or american, a doctor will go according to the rules that r applicable in that place. u dont worry about that. they will check what they have to, etc, as suggested by the medical practionist here.

moreover, if u have an indian doctor, its an advantage for u as u can talk to him/her more freely and they can understand ur problem quickly as she/he is of same race. its ur way of approach. u change ur mentality and go ahead. all the best. u r the best judge if u dont feel she/he is good then change the doc. I donot think that Indian doctors treat you less than American doctor. The main thing is faith in your doctor. If you trust doctor then and only then everything goes fine. Otherwise each and everytime you have some doubt in your mind.

I would suggest you not to think in this direction. If you feel that doctor is not treating you well or not answering your questions then it's a different thing.

I donot think that Indian doctors treat you less than American doctor. The main thing is faith in your doctor. If you trust doctor then and only then everything goes fine. Otherwise each and everytime you have some doubt in your mind.

I would suggest you not to think in this direction. If you feel that doctor is not treating you well or not answering your questions then it's a different thing.
