Hi.. for your information, i have married for nearly 1 year. My husband and I have tried to get pregnant eversince based on the ovulution calender. But everytime it was unsuccessful. My cycle is quite normal usually take about 30 days.

Please tell me what i can do....

I was so desperate and unhappy due to this. But i can' t tell out my feelings to anyone. :(

first and foremost, pls get tested. even if nothing is wrong, you will have the peace of mind that you and your husband are both ok. it' s very imp that your husband gets a semen analysis and you have an FSH blood test (most imp) , and other hormone tests and also to check the health of your tubes and uterus. as precious time passes by, you don' t want to look back and think that you should have done something sooner king uncle replied. The first important change for your pregenancy is that do not be desparate to try.It creates anxiety and leads to no pregnancy.Get your self and your husband checked even for Thyroid so that you know that there is no physical reason to prevent pregenancy.If all is well with you system then do the following:-
i)Try to forget about pregenancy throughout the day.If possible call your parents for diversion for a month or two.Stress delays your periods and even generates pseudo symptoms.
ii)Have sex all days between 12 th 18 th day.Focus on enjoyment and arousal than pregenency.
iii)After sex keep on lying on your back for an hour and if possible put a pillow under your hips.
iv)Do not use any lubricant for the sexual intercourse.
iv)Pray and beleive all will be right

Soon the periods will be missed for the reams to come true.

-Try a different position. Instead of missionary, go from behind.

-have intercourse 10-14 days after your last period.

Since its only 1 year, I dont think you need to worry so much. If you think there might be a problem, please consult a doctor and get yourself and your husband tested. Also, stress plays a very important role in conceiving. the more stress you have, the less chances to get pregnant. So, my advise is to keep calm and try for few more months and if nothing happens, consult a doctor.
