almost 3 years back i was about 84 kgs with height of 5'1 (shocked??)..... i was a very depressed person ..... i have heard many times about drinking Honey in hot water ...... but i wasn't sure wether it works or not ..... i started drinking honey in hot water (1 teaspoon pure honey in hot water.. as hot as a cup of tea or coffee)after every meal and while drinking honey i walked for 10 mins after each meal .......... and then after every week i started increasing my walk time ... i increased 10 mins more in my walk and then after every 7 to 10 days i increased honey quantity of about 0.5 teaspoon per week ....... i increased all this until honey reached to 1.5 table spoon .. and 1 hour walk after both meals .... anddddddd i reduced 28 kgsssss in 1.5 years ....... amazing!! ....
If anyone want to take advantage .... im writting here the schedule:


First week:

1 teaspoon of pure (natural 100%) honey in one hot cup of water ..... and do walk while drinkinh for 10 mins. after every meal


Second Week:

1 or 1.5 teaspoon honey in hot water and do walk while drinking for 15 or 20 mins after every meal

Third Week:

1.5 teaspoon honey in hot water and do walk while drinking for 20 mins after every meal

Forth Week:

2 teaspoon (almost 1 tablespoon) honey in hot water and do walk while drinking for 20-25 mins after every meal

Fith Week:

3 teaspoon honey in hot water and do walk while drinking for 30 mins after every meal


and u can increase ur walk time as much as u want after every week
and please avoid soft drinks ... if u can't then plz use diet soft drinks.drink plenty of water.
