Dear Ravina,
Look up in books for children or in websites for all the things that children should eat.
Like protein, carbs, veggies and fruit, iron.

Some pointers from your diet plan,
2 pm raagi and 4 pm biscuits may be too heavy consecutively.
Switch to giving solids in the morning like 11 or 12 pm and switch the banana in the evening. I see fruits in the chart , what about veggies?
You may have to incorporate that too.

More milk should be on the chart. I see milk only two times in a day, that may have to be increased. Add Cerlac with milk in the night. This way he may sleep through the night.

As i said consult with a good pediatrician.

what do you mean the charts that hetal gives are not diet chart. they have worked for my kids and they have gained good weight after following her advice. what you have mentiond is not even 5% of what hetal suggest.
ravina,if you are serious about your sons health, i wil strongly suggests you to put your concern to hetal in parents of babies board. she doesnt visit this board as to what i know.
she visits parents of babies board only. and also these days she has just delivered a baby boy so she might be some what late in answering but itz worth to wait.
when i had posted my query for my kids weight loss after repeated flu and colds in every 2-3months, i had to wait because she was pregnant and had really bad swelling on her back due to which she was not able to answer everyone at a time but after 2-3days also, when i got her reply i followed it.
and it has worked magic on my son health. he has not only gained weight but he has also developed healthy eating habits.
so please help yourself in parents of babies board.

first of all those r not diet chart..i dunt undersatnd why parents r like thiz without knowing the meaning of brkfast, lunch n dinner...offering fruits as a whole meal iz not a gud diet...
for brkfast-dosa/idly/ragi/oats etc
brunch-roti soaked in any dips
lunch- rice with veggies n any curries or yoghurt
snack-biscuits/cup of fruits/parathas with veggie curry
diner- dosa/pasta/idly/or nething..but dunt repeat the same food again in a day...
weight seems perfect for his age.

hi
first of all just leave the job as in india creches r not at all good instead of feeding ur child they just consume food themself...so pl be carefull..and let ur baby be atleast 3yrs then u can think of jobing not now.if u r comfortable with ur husband and he is gd and help u and love then i think u should be with ur baby .not for whole life r ugoing to be with ur kid then why cant u give ur some time to him/her..and then u wont worry about ur kids health as u urself going to take care..
