Hi,
I have married for 9 years.My husband comes from a low class family and I belong to middle class family, at my parents house I always got what I want.The problem is my husband don' t celebrate my birthday and anniversary.He never ask me what you want on your b' day and never bought a surprise gift for me, that make me feel very bad,as I always wanted a little gift which will make me special and will not think of my parents on that day,that how they had celebrated my b' day for these many years.when I ask him why you don' t celebrate my b' day ,he use to say his parents never did anything on his b' day.sometimes he even forgot my b' day date which makes me feel more bad.My b' day is coming soon, after marriage I never feel exicited about special days because I know there is nothing different going to happen.Friends pls tell me how I can make myself happy on my b' day without caring about my husbands thinking.
Please reply sanchi replied. i know as i too face once when my huby forgot my bday how badly i got hurt but by the time i realised that its not as big issue i we think and make it it dosent mean that ur huby dosent luv us or dosent care abt us actuly thy r too busy and puzzled wth their work n all and one more thing men r like that thy r not as emotional as we r so accept this as soon as posible and dont mind it if he forget ur bday u may plan something good n nice for u ask him to go for a movie and dinner with u u can buy a nice dress for u and enjoy ur day remind him a day b4 ur bday and tell him ur plan and hv a nice bday............
