Womens Issues:Counselling in Hyderabad

Name: S S Hi,
I am 30 year old mom living in Hyderabad. I have a successful career and a very bad married life. I now live with my husband only so that my daughter grows up with a father and my parents don' t have to handle the mess of divorce in their old age. In essence, I am living only for my daughter and my parents.
I am slowly coming to terms that my life will be like this. However, I really need someone to talk to who can give me some strength and someone I can just cry to and share my feelings. I have always shared all my feelings in my life with someone I love and it feels really hard to be emotionally so alone now. I have so much locked up in my heart that I am worried about falling into depression if I don' t get help soon. I don' t have any close friends in Hyderabad since we just recently moved here. Is counselling a good idea? If so, do any of you have any recommendation?

sorry to hear about your state,i do understand how difficult it is to lead a life like this.
why dont u share ur agony with any of ur close frds on phone or any ohter media as u told ur new to hyd.u can talk to ur old frds on ph.counselling may help,but how may times can u go thr.
maybe elderly colleague...anyone ,but be careful tht thy are reliable
