Body and Fitness:need help with weight problem

I need help. I'm a 31 year old mother of two that are in school. I weight 206 and want to lose weight before the summer time. I have reduced my food intake, I eat smaller meals,in which now I get full faster. I do exercises 3 to 4 times a week. What am I doing wrong? I drink plenty of water everyday. HELP!

the key is what you eat not how much. fill up on fruit and vegetables. eat lean protein such as chicken breasts also eat fish it is full of the essential omega 3 fatty acids. if you are very good 80% of the time, you can afford to treat yourself 20% of the time. make sure what you are eating doesnt contain hidden calories in the form of sugar etc. there are many websites you can go on which will give you more advice good luck!

If the exercise you do is not showing any result that means you need to change it or increase it. Try exercising more often and increase intensity as well as duration of your exercise by 25%. Try eating healthier rather than eating less. (Personal experience : an apple a day along with salad (raw cucumber, tomato, cabbage etc) n buttermilk in lunch has helped me loose a lot of weight)
