Feeding:Ok to feed baby?

We are just new to this website, but wanted to say it is really use full.

Few things we would like to ask parents and their considerations for 7 months above age babies:

1. is ok to give Avocado to baby? (Since we think it is rich in Omega3 F.A for brain developments)
2. How about other veggie. such as zucchini, squash cabbage and cauliflower?
3. Any ideas where to find Nestum food in USA?

You can let it ripe well, mass with fork and add little bit of salt (if you want to) otherwise it will be fine like mashed banana. You don' t have to cook it at all.

1. Avacado is wonderful . You can go ahead.
2. Squash of all kinds incl zucchini is good to. No idea about cabbage n cauli
3. Havent heard of nestum in the US
