Is this for the baby or you?

Well, you can have spinach (palak) which has a lot of iron. Pomegranate (anar), apples are supposed to be good to. Foods such as beans, whole grains and dried fruits also have a significant amount of iron.

Along with this, also eat more food containing vitamin C because vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron into your body.

When I had a low count, I had these things quite a lot and very soon the count went up.
