I very well understnad all your emotions , worries as I have gone through all that myself.
Coming to your question, egg retrieval is done under anaesthesia. some do experience a little pain. Your doctor will advice some pain killers. Embryo tfr is not painful, but you may be a little uncomfortable. This is because, you are asked to be with full bladder during the embryo tfr.
