Feeding:Quakers oats for babies?

I read on here that oats are good for babies instead of rice cereals so yesterday I bought Quakers Oats.

My babygirl is 7 months old and I have slowly introduced her to vegetable khicdi made with carrot, peas, potato and fruits like grapes, chikoo, peach, apple, pears, banana.

I feel she is not taking enough solids because it depends on her moods...some days she will eat well and some days she plain refuses. She weighs 7.5 kg and her birth weight was 3 kg.
I wanted to give her Ragi but I am having trouble making it. I am in Dubai so we don' t get Nestum Ragi here.

I was wondering if Quaker oats are the same oats which experienced moms here are giving to their babies. If yes, then please let me know how to give the same. Thanks in advance
