Hi,
I' am on TTC from last 10 months,recenltly I dignosed with PCO.My gynic gave me prescription of prometrium(prometra),to regulate my periods.
Does anybody have exp. with prometrium.
Is there any chance to get pregnant while taking prometra.
Is pco is completely curable.
I' am so worried with this issue.

These 2 drugs helepd conceive a beautiful baby girl .Also I had incompetent cervix so delivered a stillborn at 19 wks .

Hi Shailu,

Hope you are doing good. Prometra is basically a progesterone. I do not have any experience with this brand, but I do use progesterone prescribed my doctor to help in getting pregnant.

Progesterone is given to many ladies who are TTC conceive & all other reports seem to be normal / have had miscarriage in earlier pregnanacy.

The benefits of the meds out weighs the side effects, so do take the medicine & be positive.

I am also having PCOS so I can undersand what you are going through. Just be positive & don' t worry.
