Hi,
Can any bodu help me out please?We are trying to conceive from last 1year but till now we didn' t. All doctors reports are normal and all doctors says no problem at all. can any one suggest me a gyno who can help me out ?

Some info :

The fertile period is 12-16 days before the period starts. A woman usually ovulates 14 days before her next period.

Example, if a woman has a regular 28 day menstrual cycle, counting the first day of her period as day one, then she will usually ovulate on day 14. If her cycle lasts 32 days, then she usually ovulates on day 18. Once ovulation has occurred, the sperm has only 24 hours within which to fertilize the egg in the woman' s Fallopian tubes. Sperm can survive for up to seven days following intercourse.

Analysing the problem:

If the doctors have told you as a couple you don' t have a problem, then you really don' t have a problem. I want you to check the pattern of your lovemaking. Make sure you are making love during the fertile period. It may be coincidental that you guys are not making love during that period due to various reasons. I don' t know what they are. Some of the possibilities could be

1. You guys are working or traveling and you miss the right time
2. May be you guys get into the act when its the wrong time for conceiving. ( Majority or all of the couple make love when they get into the mood and not to make babies, however they might be exception of couple who make love on the right time, but again this is rare).

Its best to view our problems right from basic. Its human to start thinking high level and complicated things whenever they get into a problem. Many a times the reason why our TV , Fridge or the micro wave doesn' t work is because the cord is not plugged in. So look into the Pattern Rekha and I am sure you guys will be blessed soon. Try to maintain your dates on a calender.
