One simple exercise which can be done in order to maintain prenatal fitness is practicing pranayama. Pranayama is one of the good prenatal exercises during pregnancy. All women should know how to practice pranayma during pregnancy as this exercise is very beneficial during pregnancy.

I think walking is the safe prenatal exercise. It is very important to keep body active and fit in order to have healthy pregnancy and natural childbirth. It is necessary to practice some light exercises under expert´ s guidance to stay healthy and fit during pregnancy.

I agree with you Ashu. Prenatal yoga or pranayama is very good for good health and fitness during pregnancy. It is very necessary to maintain fitness during pregnancy for having a healthy pregnancy and giving birth to a healthy baby. Therefore, all must take care of prenatal fitness.
