Hi i would say if you want a normal delivery you can talk to your doctor who can provide you with the best tips and exercise which will help you in having a healthy delivery without any trouble.

All the exercise which are mild and would not cause any stress on your back or stomach can be done. Go for a walk for an hour everyday and take deep breathes while walking and eat healthy to be healthy.

please suggest me if i should exercise in twin pregnancy or not? If I can then of what sort. Also I am working so already there is walking and stair clmbing to accompany. What should I do?
