plz can u suggest me how can i prepare idle and dhokla in microwave.because i dont have a maker aut my husbant likes very much this dishes so plz help me.and give me some idea.

hi deepa,
better to use the idly by steaming method. because i tried with microwave oven the idlis are very hard and dry. better to make idly in steaming method with the idly stand.

Hi Deepa,
You can use microwave for making idlis with the help of tupperware pouch which is avialble in India. You can also find out any new thing arrived in Indian market.
You can use microwave cups or small plates and make idlis it will just take 2 to 3 minutes. But, according to my personal expereince what I suggest is your idlis will taste good in your idli cooker than in microwave :-))
