Infertility is a growing concern. Science has come up with many solutions. there are treatments like IUI, IVF and surrogacy. These enable people to have a child and complete their family. Not every treatment works on everyone. So one should consider this point and choose the appropriate treatment. I had tried IUI and uterus healing treatments. But they didnt worked for me. Since you are still young in the infertility world they would have suggested starting with IUI. You can try a couple more rounds of IUI, but I would move to the next step if it doesn't work. If your husband's sperm report is not optimal the best option may be to move to IVF+ICSI or PICSI if your clinic offers that and if you can afford it.
