iam 24 year woman,married and working.my question is do u gals give ur salary to ur hubby.i mean i never gave it to him for the past one year.all i do is save it in my bank,(if possible) or spent it.my dad is working now,so is it ok if i dont give them money now? i mean when they will be reteried ,i plan to send the money on monthly basis (if iam still financially independent) .i never sent money to my in laws so far,hubby sends sometimes and there was no need of mine..mine was love marriage ,but still coming to money iam so insecure that i don' t wanna give hubby my salary.is it ok what iam doing?i have a bro studying also.so thinking of helping him also in any possible way.
can anyone tell me which is good insurance policy?
thanx Namita replied. i dnt give money to anyone ... ofocurse my IL' s had asked for my whole salary bt i said no ... when my paretns have taken efforts to help me reach at this stage n now i m earning inspite of that my parents never asked for a single rs. .. n as soon as i got married the very next month my IL' s asked ... pathetic people

even if i dnt give my money to anyone .. we both dt hide any investments from each other ... we both deside together where to invest n do it like wise .. all the investments are done by me so when it is with his money i put it in his name n when it is with my money i put it in my name ..

i suggest you to do it jointly ... or open a SIP or recurring so at the year end u can decide whter to give to some one, use it or invest it further ... if ur parents need, n if your husbnd is financially strong, if urs is just n extra income then you can ofcourse help ur parents when they require .. till then invest with u and give around 50 thousand a yr to ur parents

tomorrow ur husband shud nt feel tht u r nt doing nything for ur own family aaa replied. well, u need not give it to anyone.but if u feel guilty like u r not doing anything for others etc then u can buy things that they need and give it to them. like household things,clothes etc.anything tht is useful. and u need not give sal to hubby but its better u guys have a joint account/investment.it will help your future wen u have kids etc.
