Hey i know this sounds weired but i think im a lil bit to skinny...How can i gain weight..and i eat A LOT TOO..i eat mcdonalds everyday..I still havent gained a pound..
Any suggestions here

Try eating nuts and cheeze (unsalted dry fruits) along with fruits like bananas and grapes.
Exercise daily to stimulate ur hunger.

DON'T EAT MCDONALDS, IT'S NOT HEALTHY AT ALL. U wanna put on weight but it's not the right way. eat bananas with milk everyday it will help.

hi,
to add on pounds, u could try drinking milk with dates every morning (blend milk and dates together). My friend used to do this to put on weight.
