im 26 and married for 3.5 yrs...we' ve been TTC since jan 07 but no success yet....i really get nervous b4 each period and then depressed.just looking for frnds in the same circumstances...so tht we can share and be of help to each othr:)

i read all of ur msgs. dont worry n be positive. try to keep the timigns n u will succeed. after intercourse lye down for 1-2 hours on ur back so that the serum goes right inside. after periods 10-14th days are crucial. try during those days n for balance days u can have sex on alternative days.hope u all succeed. plz let me know if u have any advice.keep in touch so that we can share each others feelings & be there for each other

Well,I agree, its a little too soon for you to start panicking, the dissapointment part i guess i understand, I have been married for a little over 4 yrs, we have been trying for the last 10 months, no luck yet. the doc said wait another couple months and we' ll see.

I used to disect every symptom for the first 4 months, after that i got so used to being dissapointed, now i almost expect my period everytime. sometimes i still think, maybe this is a symptom, but i just tell myself forget it.. try if it doesnt happen.. there is always next month.

Just relax take it easy, temp yourself.. perhaps get a OPK and do it at the right time.. make it pleasurable

hi simran.
one more thing if u r overweight please goto teh gym or go for a walk. it helps. i can understand situation very well coz even i have gone thro that .
do u get periods regularly. in what cycle ( i mean 28, 30 ??).
on 6th 8th 10th 11th 12 13th 14th 16th 18th 20th. during these days try to make love. n follow the same procedures of keeping tissue pillow etc.
about position u can have in doggy position that is u lye on ur knees etc.

Is it normal for serum to leak..coz we generally have intercourse at nite.i lye on my back n some time do keep a pillow under my bum so that serum goes right inside but morning when i get up..i find my panty very wet..is dat could be the reason am not gettin pregnant ?? appreciate ur response.thanks

i can undrstnd u disappointment....i too go thru the same hell each time i get my period.makes me feel really disappointed for a while.
but all i can say is,the only way i console myself is by telling myself that it will happen only when it has to...so just waiting for the right time..
and keep trying....im sure u know abt the fertile period of ur cycle.wish u luck.

simran, what u r currently doing is right. but after intercourse dont put panty or dont wash. keep overnight n if needed put tissue under ur bum so that serum doesnt spoil bedsheets. keeping pillow is a good trick. i too tried it. but forgot to write. keep trying.
u will succeeed. n when u succeed pls let me know so that i wll be happiest person. praying for all of u. take care.

yeah,i have been to a gyn b4 and tht too for wat is called prenatal ot pre conception counselling...lemme know if u need more details on tht.

neways,i have regular periods and no PCOS as far a si know.but yeah,periods are really really painful...just for a day,though.
