Feeding:diet plan for 6month old

Name: shilpi gupta can anyone please suggest how do i give solid food to my daughter who is six months now at present i am just giving her rice cereals .can some please suggest different food items(vegetarian)that can be given and a schedule as to when can be given since i am confused as to when to feed her and when to give her solid food.please help

hi aaryansmom,

I read your reply to feeding solids to 6 months baby. You said to refer to mesage no 6593,6452 in feeding board and message id 1866 in health issues board. I m not sure how to look for this message. Pls can you tell me how to see this chart becos I also wuld like follow and feed my 6 month old soon. I m also not sure how to introduce the solids to him. Please it will be very helpful. Thank you.
