one thing i know about is never gv basmati rice to baby...coz it seems
1. my god if ur preparing only for ur son then 1 idli is more than enough ..so accor u take rice n 1/4 quantity of the rice u can take urad dal...but that will be so little ...wil u be able to grind in mixie? i think u hv to grind on stone then ...u can take 1 small vati rice n quarter vati urad dal...
2.start with alternate day...first all the best if helikes the taste or not...babies are oversmart...then see if he is able to digest ...
3.u can gv with moong dal ka pani...
4.this rice is polished ..n cleaned ...n hence all the nutritional value is lost...that is what i know ...how far it is true i dont know but many people hv told me ...not to use ...

n idli is very nutritious...but dont put soda...in it...

u

n thanks for ur advise...so sweet of u..that means u read my prob...i will but i was scared to start without any doc advice..hope she takes it with no prob ..
