Feeding:baby not eating indian food

I have been feeding jar food. He is now 11 mos old. I have tried for the last 2-3 weeks to give him kichadi, kichadi with yoghurt. But he doesn' t like it. So I have been mixing it in with spinach/potato jar food, but can' t wean him to only kichadi. He eats shredded cheese and teething biscuits and cheerios. I tried pureed spinach with some lentils in it and pinch of turmeric. I tried dal/rice. I tried hummus. What should I do?
