Hi all
I am new to this site.i am 27 and we are TTC for 3 yrs .i had TB in lymp nodes ,for that i wAS under 9 months medication.after that my periodas got irregular.i was diagonised with PCOS.so i reduced my weight and i was given metformin and i got my periods on track.but still no pregnancy was achived. then this month my gyn i did lap and it was found both my tubes got infected and blocked.opening the tube thru surgery is useless bcoz it will end up in ectopic pregnancy.so i am now forced to go for ivf.I m so desperate i could not digest the reality of what have happend to me.i am bursting out in tears everyday.but i have to prepare my mind to go for ivf.
i do not know much abt ivf.i am living in north carolina USA.so anyone who is undergoing ivf...plz share ur experiance.it will be much much helful for me.

considering your age..I would step back from IVF for a while until your mind gets settled down.I' m 30 Diagonized with high FSH and my doc has nothing great to tell me other than giving up...
Now since I was trying to cool down..I did all I could do.I would definitely ask you to stay calm and go for Acupunture which is said to help for the infertility as well as general health.Since IVF is no cheaper..Also if you had IVF then dont get eager to get the embryos put into your body the same month..give yourself atleast one month so that your body copes up.Also how many Antral follicular count do you see each month? Also dont get desperate..infact try not to think about it. i know I have been through that boat and I know how exactly it feels like but still desperation does not help. and its truth. Go for ivf...atleast god has given you that option..nobody has told you that you can' t have any more kids..go for it..no tears anymore..try to relax..it is very important..since 27 yrs is considered as very young age still to conceive in usa..no need to worry.
In my case it is called as unexplained..for no reason i can' t conceive..it is been 8.5 years ..and for me also other than ivf no other treatment.but i am happy atleast god didn' t close all the doors for us.Lot of love.
