Planning a Baby  Discussion Forum

hi all,
i´ m TTC from past 4 months without success.so i´ m getting really worried & have taken an appointment now to meet ob-gyn. this is the 1st ever time i´ m meeting a gyn.so i have no idea what to expect in my 1st meeting.can u plz throw some light on this issue.is there any specific questions which i need to ask her?is there any specific tests i shld request her to perform?can u give an idea as to how my 1st meeting will be with ob-gyn.what all she may do?thank u all in advance satish replied. i just replied to a similar question on the board. But please do try and contact a fertility specialist rather than a general o/gyn. Also be prepared for a long time with repeated attempts to conceive and be patient! Stress doesn' t help at all. Hey mita..,i felt excatly the same what ur going thru..i remember going thru all the web site to check how shd i be prepared before going to gynac..but dont worry go with an open mind..it will be a normal pregnancy test where they will ask u abt ur health history/family history/surgical history n normal checks they might also pap smear test.dont get worried.,we r in the same boat.i have been trying for past 4 months without success.
