I have just landed the job of my life! Seriously never expected to get something so good after being a stay at home mom for 6 years. Pay is good, company is nice, staff is very good and so is the work. Only hitch is that they have given me a 3.5 month contract because the girl whow as originally in this position has gone on maternity leave. Please pray that she decides to become a stay at home mom and not return and they make me permenant :)

Congrats on your job offer and I' m sure you' ll do well...since in such a short time only you have managed to impress others in the company and got a promotion!! :)

My job is an asset manager and even in the interview they told me that you have young kids we understand that they fall sick etc but you can' t take that for granted. So imagine her coming back to work and leaving her 4 month old baby at a creche. She has decided to put her 4 month old baby in a creche from 6am until 6pm in the evening as she has no one to look after her it.

Anyway, I am working dilligently and with dignity, after all I am in a senior position and they have told me that if there are any openings they will definitely consider making me permenant. I was just asking for a prayer....not a bhashan on dignity and integrity...hello! sarla replied. have hope in god, i' ll surely pray u dont b out of work, i can undersand ur feeling. by the way wt is ur job about. If you want to stay wid the same employer and co. try and work hard. prove your self so that ur manager get the thought that you are worth staying in the company forever. MAY BE GOD HAS GIVEN YOU A GREAT CHANCE TO PROVE UR WORTH. Just Try as put all your efforts to grab a position in your co.

Hi there

YOu feel offended by seeing others answer but don´ t realize at the same time that your original posting is very mean. Nowsday girls struggle with family and career both at the same time and don´ t leave job just to be stay at home mom. This is just a personal preferences. YOu cannot drop a career anytime for long time and than expect that to be foun where you left off last time. That is the reason why working mom struggle so much and not leave their job. Your original message clearly shows that you are not showing any diginity and trying to steal someone else´ s job with wrong prayers. If you want to acheive something.. do it with your own efforts and capability.
