i am 25, male... i have little bit stomach coming out..i want to reduce it...which is the best excercise for it..

the best yogasana to reduced belly is KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM (see it on http://indiainvite.in/forum) for 15 mins, also you can use twister and twist for 10 mins day, steaming in belly area for 20 mins a day these can defenitely gives result in 10-15 days without spending too much.

hi raj..the best exercise for stomach which i have personally tried as well is lying down flat and raising just ur legs.u will feel immense pressure on ur stomach.do this 3times daily and within a month u will notice that fat vanishing!plus,u have to control ur diet.avoid sugary,fried,oily and fattu foods..even fizzy drinks.take lots of fruits and veggies n and drink lots of water.please dont drink water immediately after ur meal..it tends to bulge ur tummy.wait for atleast 2 hours.a good idea is to dink water before ur meal..u will feel less hungry..an amazing way to control ur diet!
