how do we come to know when is the highest fertility period in that 6days?how do we come to know change in body temaparture?

once we are ovulated, the temp rises by few degrees say 3 or 4 degrees and maintains the same higher temperatures for the next 14 days , for example once ovulated your temp may raise to 98 or 98.4 and will maintain in this range for 14 days, but we have to measure it only with Basal body thermometers which will measure accurately and should take only immediately after waking up in the monring and should be better to maintain same time daily.
