Hi Joyg,
I had the same problem of pcos and my husband less motility. but we are succesful in pregnancy with good nutrition treatment. try to take good multivitamin, folic acid, magnesium, calcium suplements, check with dr. how your testosterone levele becuase they may affect your chances of concieiving,
for less motility ask your husband to use zinc supplements 15mg twice a day, it is prescribed to my husand and it worked.

HI
JoyG
You should try for IUI atleast 5 times before going for IVF.As you have a regular period and your hubby' s sperm motility is less you have fair chance to concieve by IUI .B' coz in IUI best sperms are only induced also sperm is given only when u will ovulate. In normal trying sometimes we may not predict the actual ovulation time unless u have ovulation predicting kit .
