Trying since long:Few food tips for those TTC

Hello friends,

My mom' s friends and relatives beleive the following food to be very good for women who are trying to conceive. So she gave me the list of those foods.

They are :-
1)fig(fresh or dry)- daily,
2)sprouted chickpeas (sprouts of green gram is also good). Eat 15 of them early in the morning when your stomach is empty.
3)garlic (boiled/raw) - daily
4)uludh ka dhal
5)yogurt
6)1 tbsp honey and cinnamon mixture -(daily).
7)pommegranate juice.

I have started using the above food very often. Above all forget all and try to be peaceful which i hard at this point of our life. But try to be tension-free.
