Hello Archie & All,

I am very confused now. I have been ttc for 8 months and i got pregnant through clomid 100 mg on the third try and miscarried around 6th week..Now the doctor suggest me to take gonadotropin injection for the next cycle. But I prefer to try clomid few more as clomid worked for me on the third cycle.On the first trial with clomid 50mg I ovulated, but didnt get pregnant.. second time repeated 50mg, didnt ovulate. third time took 100 mg and got pregnant... so Is it ok if i continue with clomid or is it better to switch to injections? what is more effective? I read in sites that injections are used when clomid is not effective.. In my case i took only 3 times clomid so far, and third time got pregnant too... so is clmid going to work for me? or should i switch to injections? also i heard people saying once you get pregnant, it will be easier for the body to get conceive faster. is it true? I am really confused and worried now... in order to start the gonadotropin therapy, dr. gave me prescription for birth control pills, but havent taken yet as i havent decided what option to select... Please help me... Also, I am taking metformin 2000mg daily for pcos....It would be great if you guys can help me with ur experience.. Please advise me.. Waiting for ur reply...
