Womens Issues:only lawyers please..

Name: Althea Hi all, I know this site helps everyone, please help me out here.We live in the US for the last 8 years:

1. My husband is on H-1 and I am on H-4.

2. We got our Employment Authorization Card in October 2007

3. But our I-140 is not yet cleared.

My husband has registered a company and wants to start a business ( hire a person for a software company and be as a middleman).

My question is:

1.Can we start this business now or should we wait for our I-140 to be cleared?

2.He says that he is going to start the business in my name and I am not sure whether we can start the business in my name?

I doubtful whether we have any immigration lawyer on this forum...

but if you post your query on specific websites like path2Usa or immihelp you will get many experienced help you out on such issue.
