Hi ,

I am mom of a 18 month old
I want to know if its okay to give 1 egg to the baby everyday ..
My baby doesn' t like anything else other than eggs !!!

Pls let me know if one egg a day is too much for 18 mth baby

Egg white is considered to be allergic thts the only reason why doc say give only egg york ..but after 1 yr u can try egg white also.

whereas egg yolk has all the nutritioun ...thats what i know...

i know one thing ..u can start giving ur baby non-veg after 1 year...n u should gv them properly boiled egg yolk..only...no egg white...if he likes then one egg is fine...
