I have a 2.3 cms fibroid in the fundal myometrium and endometrium is thick measuring 13mms, please guide me as what is to be done to resolve the problem.Is leproscopy is a right move or should I go for hysteroscopy and effects of this in future pregnancy/delivery considering I have no issues.Please help. I have an appointment with Dr tomorrow.

your fibroid size is not large enough to alarm. if it was really large then a surgical removal was recommended. yes, if underwent surgery and not conceived in six months but took a year then very likely it would be C-section. If conceived quickly then one can try vaginal.
besides when struggling to get pregnant what must matter is you get pregnant and carry a healthy pregnancy regardless whether the baby comes by C-section or vaginal, that should be irrelevant and not a subject of matter.
