Feeding:How much milk for 18mnths old

How much quantity of cow' s milk should be given to 18mnths old baby. My kid is taking about 25Oz a day. Should i give him cheese or other dairy products apart from milk. As i have read earlier rennet is not good for babies. I cant find any brand of cheese without rennet. Can anyone suggest a good brand.

in india, amul and in US Kraft sharp cheddar is without animal fat/rennet.
