we have been trying to concieve for the past 6 months. my husband is in army and we are posted in a remote place where we just have a army hospital. we cant go in for extensive tests for some time as we would need to avail leave and go to the nearest. and another issue is that we really dont know dos and donts of trying. first main thing to conceive a baby is the couple to have a cool mindset. then if ur cycle is 28 days - then try to have intercourse from day 14th day (first day of ur periods is day 1) to 18th day. have it on all 5 days. u can also try for next 3 days.

this is the time that the egg ovaluates and is in good stage. moreover if u could avoid having it till 14th day - then it will be more good. it will allow the sperm to grow well, which will enhance in the sperm - ovam reaction.

Position and all does not matter - its at the comfort level of the couple. and moreover there is no definite timeframe. you try doing this - within 3 cycles it will definitely click and u'll very soon become a mom.

as ur periods are regular - its a very good sign. reg diet - after 25 to 30 days of ur previous cycle, try to avoid ginger, jaggery. also try to not to do heavy exercises.

pray god if u believe in it - from day 1 whole-heartedly atleast for couple of minutes.

yes..what wanted to know was the following..
1) what time is best suited
2)wzt position is best suited
3)how long i need to wait b4 seeking help
4)my periods r regular so does that mean everything else is OK with me
5) do i need to be on a special diet to concieve?
